I'm currently having trouble withdrawing my latest winnings of 4500 USD submitted on 15 January late night. I've been in constant touch with support and they've been assuring me that there are standard checks going on - will update my review rating once I receive it.

I'm hopeful because so far I'd had a really good experience at this website. The variety of games is very good - many reliable providers. And the games are fair. My accumulated financial experience over 2 weeks has been:
Lose 300 (USD) over 2 deposits
Win 700 (took them just 8-10 hours to send following identity verification)
Lose 1700 over 9 deposits
Win 1000 (this was sent only in 2 hours)
Lose 2800 over 15 deposits
Win 4500 (it's been 30 hours and it's still processing)

So I really hope they send me my money and I can continue playing on their website.

Update (20.01.2023) They still haven't processed my withdrawal. Whenever I connect to their customer services, they say it's still processing within the terms and conditions but refuse to do anything to speed it up or inform me on why it's taking this long.

Off the top of my head, I can tell you how much emotion and the type of adrenaline rush you get to experience once you visit the platform. Simply incredible!
